בית אהרנסון, מוזיאון ניל"י
מחלקת החינוך במועצת זכרון יעקב יזמה פעילות ותערוכה של כל גני המועצה במטרה להדק את הקשר בין הילדים למושבה ולמדינה, כל גן ילדים בחר נושא והציג "חלון" בתערוכה שהתקיימה בבית ניר במרץ 2008, כמה גני ילדים בחרו בנושא ניל"י ובית אהרנסון. הם אספו חומרים והכינו תצוגה עם הגננות וההורים. התערוכה זכתה בפרס יוזמת החינוך לשנת תשס"ח.
גן ענבר
במושבה בחר להציג את הבית בכרם אהרנסון (כיום במתחם בית התותחן ממנו אותתו חברי ניל"י לספינות הבריטיות בדרכן לעתלית להזהירן ממשמרות טורקיים. כיום משמש הבית להנצחת אלכסנדר אהרנסון.
גן כלנית
בחר להנציח את בית אהרנסון בתריסיו הורודים ובצילומים של בני משפחת אהרנסון. וכן את פועלו של אהרן אהרנסון כחוקר ומגלה אם החיטה.
